All your slides, finally visual

Years of presentations become one visual wall. Every slide is Office’s official rendering, not a reconstruction: fonts, layouts and charts exactly as you designed them.

  • Real previews, rendered by Office
  • Full-text search inside slide content
  • Filters by deck, folder, year
02 — Order

Duplicates count themselves

The slide you’ve been recycling for three years shows up once, with a count of the decks it lives in: your workhorses emerge by themselves. And you curate the catalog: hierarchical groups, exclusions, all in bulk.

  • ×N badge on reused slides
  • Groups and subgroups like Explorer
  • Exclude what you no longer need
03 — Composer

The perfect deck, by dragging

Pick slides from different decks, drag them into the right order with the insertion indicator, and export. The panel stays within reach and closes when you need the room.

  • Drag & drop with a precise insertion point
  • PowerPoint and PDF export in one click
  • Source-file build list included
04 — Send to PowerPoint

One click and the slide is in the deck you have open

No export, no download, no file to reopen. Slide Atlas recognises the presentations open on your PC: pick the right one and the slides land where your cursor is, with their original formatting intact.

  • Slides land where you are, not at the end of the deck
  • Original master, layout and fonts: still fully editable
  • From any thumbnail, one click sends that single slide

Privacy

Your intellectual property stays yours

Your personal archive syncs to your OneDrive (Apps/Slide Atlas). When you associate a deck or publish a collection to a shared workspace, file names, slide references and membership data are stored on Neon in the EU and become accessible to workspace members.

  • Original files are never copied: they are read from SharePoint and OneDrive with your own permissions
  • Shared collections contain references, not copies of PowerPoints or slide previews
  • Opening shared slides also requires access to the original Microsoft files
  • Microsoft sign-in; PDF conversion may temporarily pass through the Vercel server

The questions we get asked most

What is Slide Atlas?

Slide Atlas is the visual knowledge manager for your slides: it connects SharePoint and OneDrive, indexes every presentation slide by slide with real Office previews and makes everything searchable by content. From there you pick slides, compose a new deck and export it, or send them straight into the PowerPoint you have open.

Where do my files and slides end up?

Your original files stay where they are, on SharePoint and OneDrive, and are never copied. Previews and the index live in your browser and in a folder of your own OneDrive (Apps/Slide Atlas), so they follow you on any computer. No third-party server keeps your slides.

How do I sign in to Slide Atlas?

With your Microsoft account, work or personal. Slide Atlas reads files with the permissions you already have: you only see the presentations your account can access, with no new passwords.

How do I get slides into PowerPoint?

With Send to PowerPoint: a small connector installed on Windows inserts the chosen slides into the presentation you have open, right where your cursor is, keeping the original master, layout and fonts. You can also export a native .pptx, a PDF or a list of the source files.

Does it work with very large presentations?

Yes. Presentations above 90 MB, which Office refuses to convert in one go, are read in chunks and converted ten slides at a time: even decks of several hundred megabytes make it into the library.

Does Slide Atlas detect duplicate slides?

Yes. A slide reused across several decks shows up once, with the count of decks it lives in, and identical decks saved under different names are grouped together. Your best slides surface on their own.
